Are Your Candles Cruelty-Free?
Yes! All of our Coconut Wax Candles are Natural and Cruelty-Free. Our Handcrafted Candles are made with natural coconut wax which burns cleaner, cooler, and longer than traditional paraffin-based waxes. We use all-natural cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils with added essential oils.
I am Allergic to Coconut. Can I still burn your candles?
We highly recommend you consult with your physician prior to using our Coconut Wax Candles.

Here at Lorray + Co, We pride ourselves on making high-quality products that are both sustainable and Non-Toxic. All of our Larger Size Candles come packaged with Metal Lids & Wildflower seeded dust covers. Also, all of our scents are custom blended to suit your mood and senses with every burn. Each Candle has A Character with Set Intentions. All of the Characters (LC Girls) are Based on Tiffany’s (Founder) Family Members. Our founder worked very hard to create a candle line that not only smells great, but creatively unique in every way. Luxury candles do not have to look boring! We made sure of that!
How fragrant are your products?
Our products are blended specifically to elevate your senses. Because of this, we suggest you allow your candle 30-45 mins (after initial burn) to circulate your space. To ensure your space is well-scented, we suggest using each candle in an appropriately sized space.
Small Spaces: 4oz mini candles 500 sq ft. or less
Medium Spaces: 10oz Candles, 500 sq ft. to 800 sq ft.
What's the best way to care for your Candles?
To properly care for Our candles, you must trim the candle wicks to 1/4” before or after every burn session. allow the candle to burn for 3-4 hour intervals, or until a full melt pool has formed. For more in-depth care tips, check out our LC Candle Care Guide Section.
Can your jars be recycled?
Yes! They can be recycled in so many different ways! However, suggest you recycle your jar by planting your seeded dust cover. After your candle is finished, recycle your container by planting your seeded dust cover, and watch beautiful wildflowers grow! A cute flower plant in any space is always a great décor accessory.
Why multiple wicks instead of one?
Single wick and multiple wick candles all depend on the diameter of the candle jar and type of wax used. Coconut wax and our vessels require two or more wicks in order to burn evenly and prevent tunneling.
What does it mean if my candle is giving off lots of black soot?
This Means Your wicks need to be trimmed shorter, or your candle is in a very drafty area (under a ceiling fan or in a heavy traffic path). Trim your wicks and move your candle to a less drafty area. Also Never burn your candle longer than 4 hours at a time. longer burn times can cause black soot to form around the jar rim.

Are your Room + Linen sprays all-natural?
Our Room + Linen sprays are Non-Toxic are Cruelty Free & phthalate-free. Our Room Sprays does not contain sulfates, allergens, or synthetics dyes and Safe to use on your body as well. However Use with caution and in small Amounts if used as a body spray. All ingredients used are listed under Product Specifications.
How many spray Pumps should I use in my space?
We suggest you only pump your spray 1-2 times each use. Pump only 1 time in cars and smaller spaces. Pump 1 Time is air and glide underneath mist if used as Body Spray.

Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping. However, we will consider shipping internationally as our business expands.
How do you ship?
We ship all of our products via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Delivery times are typically 2-5 business days After Shipping Label is Created. However, Due to Covid19, Shipping times will Vary. If you have a time sensitive shipment such as 2-Day or Overnight, we do ask that you email us directly, so we can give you accurate shipping cost. We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates will depend on size, weight, Time Frame, and Destination of Order. We offer Free domestic shipping on orders $100+.
Do you have a local delivery service?
At this Time we Do not offer Local Delivery. However For Customers That live Locally within a 25 mile radius of Fayetteville, GA. We can arrange a Pick up location for you.
How long will It take my order to be processed?
